Please Note: Enrollment is not secured until provided with a FACT enrollment packet from the school office. All part-time class enrollment is based on space availability and first- come bases.

Fine Arts Student Enrollment 24-25 School year : Open May 1st – August 1st

Approved Fine Arts & Elective Class List:

• Music (1-8th) | 2 classes/week
• Band (6th-8th) | 2 classes/week
• Band (5th Only) | 1 class/week
• Art (K-8th) | 1 class/week
• S.T.E.M. (1st – 8th) | 1 class/week
• P.E. (K-8th) | 1 class/week

Checks can be made out to Sully Christian School and mailed to 12629 S 92nd Ave E, Sully, IA 50251 or dropped off at the office with your student’s first class.
